NAACL 2021 volunteering, D&I grants

The NAACL conference is offering an extensive program of diversity and
inclusion grants, as well as volunteer opportunities. Anyone
interested in attending NAACL should look into these and apply if it
seems relevant. Deadlines are coming up in the next few days so please
check this out sooner than later.

Thanks for sharing this. 

I would like to know if papers for NAACL are different from ACL's. As part of my application for the volunteer position, I have been asked to confirm whether or not my papers have been accepted  by the NAACL.

On this application they are asking if you will be presenting at the
NAACL conference or an associated workshop (in June). ACL will be
later this summer (in August) so the answer would be no. ACL will
likely do something similar later in the summer and there would be a
separate application process for this...
