Both the BALACLAVAS LP and LAMPS 7" are now officially out and
shipping! I have to say these two records rank up there as high water
marks in the dull knife catalog.
If you pre-ordered just the Balaclavas LP, you should have it by now,
or it's on the way. If you ordered the Lamps 7" by itself or with a
combination of records, your order will ship in the morning. If you
were waiting for the records to come out before ordering, then order
away.
The Balaclavas LP is already starting to get some high praise:

Fans have been waiting a while for these two favorites to be released
on record, and I’m thrilled they chose Dull Knife for the job. “Niels
Bohr” has to be considered one of, if not the best song yet from the
Los Angeles trio. Its guitar riff jackhammers into your brain before
giving way to a deadpan chorus that is catchy as hell. The flip side
is a killer noisy number in the Amp Rep tradition, and is the perfect
foil to the A-side. In fact, let’s just call this a double A-sided 7”.
