First up is the first release on the new Dull Knife imprint called
Pluralis. Pluralis will focus more on electronic/dance/noise musics
than Dull Knife, but you can expect the same quality of releases. The
first release from Pluralis arrives in the form of the latest Future
Blondes 12". The record is his finest to date, and is down right
beautiful. The songs are not what you may expect, given Future Blondes
previous confrontational recordings. The a-side is a collaboration
with 2/3 of Balaclavas, that wouldn't be very out of place on the
bands "Roman Holiday LP". The flip side finds Dom on a Kraut lean
laying down synth loops, and the results are nothing short of
hypnotic. For those that do not know, Future Blondes is the solo
project of Domokos of legendary Rusted Shut.
