Dear Exchange Partner Institutions,

Greetings from College of Tourism, Rikkyo University!

We are writing to inform you about our application procedures for Fall 2024 Admissions.

<Nomination>

Please let us know how many students you would like to nominate as well as their intended study period(fall semester only, full year)in accordance with the exchange number in the agreement.

Grateful if you could give the information by February 15, 2024(Thu).

<Application Procedure>

The nominees for our exchange program (Fall 2024 admission) will have to follow the procedure described below.

Please kindly forward the attached files to your students as we will not contact them directly with these instructions.

1. Online application (Deadline: March 31, 2024 (Sun) 23:59 JST)

※The application system will be available from February 1.

　　　※The contents of all documents the applicants submit must be checked in advance by their home university.

　　 ※To keep up with the Certificate of eligibility (COE) and visa application procedures schedule we shall strictly adhere to the deadline.

　　　　　Kindly bear in mind that we shall not accept applications after the deadline.

2. Two passport quality photos must be mailed to our office address (Requisite arrival: March 31, 2024 (Sun))

　　　　　 *The photos will be used for the COE application and must be exactly 4x3 cm.

　　　　　*The photos must be taken within 2 weeks before submission. Note that photos from previous applications cannot be used.

　　　　　*Please follow exactly the photo instructions as the Immigration Bureau is very strict and inflexible on that matter.

＊Important: About the students who have already applied in the past

Current application is for different admission period and for purpose of the COE as well as for the university registration procedures, students must submit their documents anew with the latest information update. Please advise them to complete all the application procedures from the beginning.
