idid everything the installation guide said, clicked on kane's wrath in C&C:Online, go to multiplayer,internet and I get a message saying "cannot connect to Kane's Wrath servers, please check your internet connection".. my internet is working??? game is from Origin if that matters

Ideally you should be making your own topic, however based on that error log we can see that the launcher is unable to locate the game. In order to fix that you can try running cnc online and the game as admin as well as having them on the same disk.
