اطلاق سراح الشيخ صياح الطوري بعد 9 أيام من الأعتقال
يوم الاربعاء ,20 نوفمبر 2013 هدمت قرية العراقيب للمرة ال 57 . جرافات ترافقها قوات من الشرطة وصلت الى القرية وقامت بهدم جميع الخيم الواقعة خارج المقبرة . وفي ساعات بعد الظهر رجعت قوات من الشرطة للقرية وقامت باحتجاز الشيخ صياح بتهمة انتهاك حدود وخرق تعليمات قانونية . بعد ان جلب امام قاضي يوم الخميس الماضي قرر القاضي ابعاد الشيخ مسافة 2 كيلومتر من القرية ودفع كفالة الا ان الشيخ صياح رفض الشروط وبالتالي تم تمديد توقيفه واحتجز في اوهلي كيدار , وفي الاسبوع التالي عرض عليه القاضي تخفيض الكفالة والابقاء على الابعاد الا ان الشيخ رفض التوقيع على الابعاد حتى امس الخميس حيث قرر القاضي اطلاق سراحه بدون شروط مكتوبه على ان يبت القاضي بالملف بعد اسبوع.

مع استمرارية النقاشات في اقتراح قانون برافر بلجنة الداخلية , لتجهيزه للتصويت عليه بالقراءتين الثانية والثالثة , المظاهرات ضد المخطط تتصاعد , في اسرائيل وحول العالم .
يوم السبت القريب , 30 نوفمبر , هو يوم غضب ضد مخطط برافر من خلاله ستكون عدة مظاهرات في البلاد .
انضموا للمظاهرة المركزية في النقب : يوم السبت 30.11 , الساعة 15:30 بمدخل قرية حورة .

يوم السبت القريب 30 نوفمبر , الساعة 12:45 , ننظم زيارة تضامنية في خيمة الاحتجاج المقامة امام مقر شرطة رهط احتجاجا على ملاحقة الشيخ صياح شيخ قرية العراقيب . بعد الزيارة سننضم الى مظاهرة يوم الغضب ضد مخطط برافر قرب حورة .

الملتقى–مفقاش يعرض: محاضرة بعنوان صحة النساء في المجتمع العربي في النقب
منتدى التعايش السلمي في النقب ينظم سنويا سلسلة ورش في موضوع العرب البدو في النقب , خلال المحاضرات سندرس المواضيع الاساسية والمؤثرة على حياة المجتمع البدوي في النقب . دراسة معمقة للموضوع سيساعد المشتركين على فهم الوضع في النقب وسيغير في اراءهم المسبقة تجاه العرب في النقب .
الورشة ستشمل اربع لقاءات , خلفية عامة , القرى الغير معترف بها , الصحة والمرأة في المجتمع البدوي , لقاء تلخيصي في موضوع الخطة الحكومية "لتنظيم الاستيطان في النقب-مخطط برافر" . في نهاية الورشة سيتم تنظيم جولة في النقب .
المحاضرة الثالثة ستقام الاثنين القريب 2.12 باشتراك الدكتور يونس ابو ربيعة وصفاء شحادة , وتتناول التغييرات والقضايا الصحية في المجتمع العربي في النقب , وفي أحوال المرأة ووضعها في المجتمع العربي في النقب.

لجنة الداخلية تستكمل مناقشة مخطط برافر
الأحد 24 نوفمبر وصلت لجنة الداخلية لجولة في النقب باعقاب نقاشاتها لاقتراح قانون برافر لتحضيره للقراءات الثانية والثالثة في الكنيست . اللجنة تجولت في رهط , اللقية , السيد ومولدا . اللجنة اختارت عدم التنسيق للجولة مع القيادة العربية في النقب , لذلك قررت لجنة التوجيه لعرب النقب الاعلان عن اضراب عام في النقب . خلال اليوم اقيمت وقفات احتجاجية ضد مخطط برافر ودعوة لجنة الداخلية شطبه من اجندتها , وذلك في كل مناطق الزيارة . خلال الوقفة برهط تم اعتقال متظاهرين وقد اطلق سراحهم بعد يوم .

שייח' סיאח א-טורי שוחרר אחרי 9 ימים של מעצר
ביום רביעי, ה-20 בנובמבר 2013, נהרס הכפר אל-עראקיב בפעם ה-57. באותו יום, בשעות אחר הצהריים נעצר שייח' הכפר, שייח' סיאח א-טורי, באישומים של הסגת גבול והפרת הוראה חוקית. לאחר שהובא בפני שופט ביום חמישי ושוב ביום ראשון, קבע השופט כי השייח' יורחק 2 קילומטרים מן הכפר וישוחרר בערבות. שייח' סיאח א-טורי סירב לתנאי השחרור שהציב השופט ועל כן נותר במעצר באוהלי קידר. גם לאחר שהוריד השופט את סכום הערבות, סירב השייח' לשחרור בהרחקה מכפרו ונותר במעצר. אתמול (חמישי) נערך דיון בערעור שהוגש לבית המשפט המחוזי שבמהלכו החליט השופט לשחרר את השיח' בלי תנאים כתובים עד לדיון הבא בעוד כשבוע .

30 בנובמבר – יום הזעם – ההפגנות נגד תוכנית פראוור מתגברות ונמשכות
בעוד שהדיונים על הצעת חוק פראוור מתקדמים בוועדת הפנים של הכנסת, לקראת ההצבעה על החוק בקריאה שנייה ושלישית במליאה, ההפגנות נגד תוכנית פראוור מתגברות, בישראל וברחבי העולם.
ביום שבת הקרוב, ה-30 בנובמבר, יצויין יום הזעם נגד תוכנית פראוור, ובמסגרתו ייערכו הפגנות ברחבי הארץ.
הצטרפו להפגנה המרכזית בנגב: יום שבת, 30.11, בשעה 15:30, בכניסה לחורה.

בואו לביקור סולידריות באוהל הממחאה על מעצרו של שייח' סיאח ב-30 בנובמבר
ביום שבת הקרוב, ה-30 בנובמבר, בשעה 12:45, נקיים ביקור סולידריות באוהל המחאה שהוקם מול משטרת רהט במחאה על מעצרו של שייח' סיאח א-טורי, שייח' הכפר אל-עראקיב. על אף שחרורו הזמני של השייח', האוהל יישאר במקומו עד הדיון הבא בבית המשפט המחוזי בבאר-שבע שיתקיים בשבוע הבא. לאחר הביקור נצטרף להפגנת יום הזעם נגד תוכנית פראוור בכניסה לחורה.

המולתקא-מפגש מציג: הרצאה בנושא בריאות ונשים בקהילה הבדואית בנגב
פורום דו קיום בנגב לשוויון אזרחי מארגן כמידי שנה סדרת הרצאות בנושא הערבים הבדואים בנגב. הסדנא כוללת ארבעה מפגשים - רקע כללי, הכפרים הבלתי מוכרים, בריאות ונשים בקהילה הבדואית ומפגש סיכום בנושא התוכנית הממשלתית להסדרת ההתיישבות בנגב – "תוכנית פראוור". בסיום הסדנא ייערך סיור בנגב.
ההרצאה השלישית תתקיים ביום שני הקרוב (2.12) בשעה 19:45, בהשתתפות ד"ר יונס אבורביעה וספא שחאדה, ותעסוק בשינויים וסוגיות בריאותיות בקהילה הבדואית בנגב, ובתמורות במעמדן של נשים בחברה הבדואית.

ועדת הפנים הגיעה לסיור בנגב – 2 מפגינים נעצרו בעת שמחו נגד תוכנית פראוור
ביום ראשון, ה-24 בנובמבר, הגיעה ועדת הפנים לסיור בנגב בעקבות דיוניה על הצעת חוק פראוור ובמסגרת הכנתה לקראת קריאה שנייה ושלישית בכנסת. הוועדה סיירה ברהט, לקיה, א-סייד ומולדה. הוועדה בחרה שלא לתאם את הסיור עם מנהיגים בנגב, ועל כן בחרה וועדת ההיגוי של ערביי הנגב להכריז על יום שביתה כללית בנגב. במהלך היום התקיימו משמרות מחאה נגד תוכנית פראוור ובקריאה להורדתה מסדר היום של הוועדה ברחבי הנגב, ברהט, רהט דרום, א-סייד ועוד. במהלך משמרת המחאה ברהט דרום נעצרו שני מפגינים, ששוחררו למחרת בבוקר.

Sheikh Sayyah A-Turi was released after 9 days of detention
On Wednesday, November 20, the village of Al-Arakib was demolished for the 57th time. Wednesday afternoon, police came back to the village and arrested the Sheikh of the village, Sheikh Sayyah A-Turi, under the accusation of trespassing and violation of legal order. When the Sheikh was brought to court on Thursday and again on Sunday, the judge ruled that he will be released on bail, and will not be permitted to enter his own village. Sheikh Sayyah A-Turi refused to accept these release terms and was sent back to detention. Even after a reduction of the demanded bail, the Sheikh still refused to be released if he is not allowed to enter his own village. Yesterday (Thursday), Sheikh Sayyah A-Turi appealed to the district court and the judge decided to release him with no written terms until the next hearing that was scheduled for the next week.

While the discussion of the Prawer Plan bill continues at the Knesset Internal Affairs Committee, which prepares the bill for the second and third round of voting, the protest against Prawer Plan intensifies, in Israel and worldwide.
On Saturday, November 30, another day of rage against Prawer Plan will take place, and demonstrations will be held all around the country.
Join the main protest against Prawer Plan in the Negev: Saturday, November 30, 3:30 pm, at the entrance to the town of Hura.

On Saturday, November 30, at 12:45 pm, a solidarity visit will take place at the protest tent that was established in front of the Rahat Police Station, against the arrest of Sheikh Sayyah A-Turi, the Sheikh of the village of Al-Arakib. The Tent will remain in its place until the next hearing at the Be’er-Sheva District Court next week. After the visit, we will join the main protest against Prawer Plan at the entrance to Hura.

The Multaka-Mifgash presents: a lecture about health issues and women status in the Bedouin community
Every year, NCF organizes a series of lectures about the Bedouin community in the Negev. The workshop includes four lectures – general background, the Bedouin unrecognized villages in the Negev, health and women status in the Bedouin community, and a final lecture about the governmental plan for the regulation of Bedouin settlement in the Negev – the “Prawer Plan”. After the end of the serious a field trip will be held for the participants.
The third lecture that will take place on Monday (December 2) at 7:45 pm, on the issues of changes and essential matters of health in the Bedouin community, and the changes among women status in the Negev, will be led by Dr. Yunes Aburabia and Safa Shkhade.

The Knesset Internal Affairs Committee toured the Negev - 2 protesters were arrested while protesting against Prawer Plan
The Internal Affairs committee arrived at the Negev on Sunday, November 24, for a tour that was organized by the Prime Minister Office, as part of its weekly discussions of the Prawer Plan. The committee visited at the city of Rahat, the town of Lakiya, and the Bedouin recognized villages of A-Sayed and Molada. The Steering Committee of the Negev Arabs announced a general strike in the Negev at the same day, including demonstrations all around the Negev villages and towns against the plan, protesting the fact that the Knesset committee did not coordinate the tour with local representatives. During the protest in Rahat, two protesters were arrested, they were released on Monday morning.
