يوم الغضب ضد خطة برافر

في الوقت الذي تتقدم فيه المناقشات حول مشروع قانون برافر في لجنة الداخلية التابعة للكنيست، تمهيدا لعرض القانون للمصادقة عليه في الكنيست بالقراءتين الثانية والثالثة، تتصاعد المظاهرات ضد خطة برافر في إسرائيل والعالم. حيث أعلن عن الـ30 من نوفمبر يوم الغضب ضد الخطة، حيث خرجت المظاهرات في جميع أنحاء العالم. كما ونظمت مظاهرات في إسرائيل في بلدة حوره، القدس، حيفا والطيبة  

مظاهرة صاخبة في حوره, اعتقال 28 متظاهر

نظمت المظاهرة المركزية في يوم الغضب على مدخل قرية حوره البدوية في النقب. المظاهرة، التي بدأت في الساعة 15:30 عصرا، وانتهت حوالي الساعة 23:00 ليلا. بدأت المظاهرة بهدوء وبمشاركة 1000 متظاهر، والذين رددوا الهتافات ورفعوا اللافتات ضد خطة برافر. مع ذلك، وبعد نحو ساعة عندما قررت الشرطة تعزيز قواتها الكبيرة منذ البداية، جنبا إلى جنب مع العشرات من رجال الشرطة الذين انتشروا أمام المظاهرة، بالإضافة إلى نصب خراطيم المياه أمام المتظاهرين، أدت إلى تصعيد الموقف. هذا وادعى المتظاهرون الذين كانوا في الصفوف الأمامية للمظاهرة أن شرطيين من وحدة المستعربين هم من قام بإلقاء الحجارة على رجال الشرطة، مما تسبب في تصعيد المظاهرة. منذ هذه النقطة تحولت المظاهرة إلى ساحة معركة. حيث اندفعت الخيول الشرطية نحو جمهور المتظاهرين الذين لاذوا بالفرار من موقع المظاهرة، كما وأطلقت الشرطة الغاز المسيل للدموع على المتظاهرين، رصاص مطلي. وقامت مروحية تابعة للشرطة بالتحليق في السماء. كما واستخدمت الشرطة خراطيم المياه، احدها ممزوج باللون الأزرق. من ناحية أخرى، رد المتظاهرون بقذف الشرطة بالحجارة وإضرام النار بإطارات على الطريق. في هذه المرحلة من المظاهرة اعتقلت الشرطة 28 شخصا من المتظاهرين الذين نقلوا إلى مركز شرطة البلدات المحاذي لمكان المظاهرة. في حين انه تم الإفراج عن عدد من المعتقلين في الليل بكفالة، كما وأفرج عن خمسة آخرين صباح يوم الأحد، هذا وتم إحضار حوالي عشرين معتقل آخر إلى المحكمة لمناقشة أمرهم خلال النهار.

زيارة تضامنية في خيمة الحرية في رهط

يوم الأربعاء ,20 نوفمبر 2013 هدمت قرية العراقيب للمرة الـ57. جرافات ترافقها قوات من الشرطة وصلت الى القرية وقامت بهدم جميع البراكيات الواقعة خارج المقبرة. وفي ساعات بعد الظهر من نفس اليوم عادت قوات من الشرطة للقرية وقامت باحتجاز الشيخ صياح بتهمة انتهاك حدود وخرق تعليمات قانونية. بعد أن مثل أمام قاض يوم الخميس الماضي قرر القاضي ابعاد الشيخ مسافة 2 كيلومتر من القرية ودفع كفالة. الا ان الشيخ صياح رفض الشروط وبالتالي تم تمديد توقيفه واحتجز في اوهلي كيدار, وفي الأسبوع التالي عرض عليه القاضي تخفيض الكفالة والابقاء على الابعاد الا ان الشيخ رفض التوقيع على الابعاد حتى امس الخميس حيث قرر القاضي اطلاق سراحه بدون شروط مكتوبه على ان يبت القاضي بالملف بعد اسبوع.

يوم السبت, 30 نوفمبر, ساعات قبل المظاهرة في حوره, نظمت زيارة تضامنية في خيمة الحرية الذي أقيم أمام مركز الشرطة في مدينة رهط احتجاجا على اعتقال الشيخ صياح الطوري. حيث استضاف أهالي العراقيب في خيمة الحرية العشرات من النشطاء والذين التقوا مع الشيخ صياح الطوري المفرج عنه بعد 9 أيام من الاعتقال يوم الخميس الماضي. وفي أعقاب الاستئناف الذي تم تقديمه إلى المحكمة المركزية في بئر السبع, وبالرغم من إطلاق سراح الشيخ, إلا انه تقرر الإبقاء على خيمة الحرية في مكانها حتى البت في القضية الأسبوع القادم في المحكمة المركزية في بئر السبع.

יום הזעם נגד תוכנית פראוור

בעוד שהדיונים על הצעת חוק פראוור מתקדמים בוועדת הפנים של הכנסת, לקראת ההצבעה על החוק בקריאה שנייה ושלישית במליאה, ההפגנות נגד תוכנית פראוור מתגברות, בישראל וברחבי העולם. ה-30 בנובמבר הוכרז כיום זעם נגד התוכנית, והפגנות נגדה התקיימו בכל רחבי העולם. בישראל התקיימו הפגנות בחורה, ירושלים, חיפה וטייבה.

הפגנה סוערת בחורה, 28 מפגינים נעצרו

ההפגנה המרכזית של יום הזעם התקיימה בכניסה לעיירה הבדואית חורה בנגב. ההפגנה, שהחלה בשעה 15:30 בצהריים, הסתיימה רק בסביבות השעה 23:00 בלילה. ההפגנה החלה כהפגנה שקטה עם כאלף משתתפות ומשתתפים, שקראו קריאות והניפו שלטים נגד תוכנית פראוור.  עם זאת, לאחר כשעה, כשהחליטה המשטרה לתגבר את הכוחות הגדולים מלכתחילה בשטח, ולצד עשרות שוטרים שנפרסו מול ההפגנה, הוצבו שני תותחי מים מול המפגינים, הרוחות החלו להתחמם. מפגינים שעמדו בקדמת ההפגנה טענו כי היו אלה מסתערבים, שוטרים מוסווים כמפגינים ערבים, שגרמו להסלמת ההפגנה כשהחלו לזרוק אבנים לעבר המשטרה. מהנקודה הזו הפכה ההפגנה לשדה קרב. שוטרים רכובים של סוסים שעטו אל תוך הקהל בעוד המפגינים בורחים לעומק השדה, רימוני גז וקניסטרים של גז מדמיע נזרקו אל הקהל, וכדורי מתכת מצופים גומי נורו על ידי המשטרה. בשמיים טס מסוק משטרתי ותותחי מים, אחד מהם מהול בצבע כחול, התיזו זרנוקי מים על המפגינים. מנגד, השיבו המפגינים בזריקת אבנים והבערת צמיגים על הכביש. בשלב הזה של ההפגנה נעצרו 28 מפגינים והועברו אל תחנת משטרת העיירות הסמוכה. בעוד שמספר עצורים שוחררו בערבות בלילה, וחמישה נוספים שוחררו ביום ראשון בבוקר, כעשרים עצורים נוספים הובאו אל בית המשפט ודיוניהם התקיימו במהלך היום.

ביקור סולידריות באוהל החופש ברהט

ביום רביעי, ה-20 בנובמבר 2013, נהרס הכפר אל-עראקיב בפעם ה-57. באותו יום, בשעות אחר הצהריים נעצר שייח' הכפר, שייח' סיאח א-טורי, באישומים של הסגת גבול והפרת הוראה חוקית. לאחר שהובא בפני שופט ביום חמישי ושוב ביום ראשון, קבע השופט כי השייח' יורחק 2 קילומטרים מן הכפר וישוחרר בערבות. שייח' סיאח א-טורי סירב לתנאי השחרור שהציב השופט ועל כן נותר במעצר באוהלי קידר. גם לאחר שהוריד השופט את סכום הערבות, סירב השייח' לשחרור בהרחקה מכפרו ונותר במעצר. ביום חמישי נערך דיון בערעור שהוגש לבית המשפט המחוזי שבמהלכו החליט השופט לשחרר את השיח' בלי תנאים כתובים עד לדיון הבא בעוד כשבוע.

ביום שבת, ה-30 בנובמבר, שעות לפני ההפגנה בחורה, נערך ביקור סולידריות באוהל החופש שהוקם מול תחנת משטרת רהט במחאה על מעצרו של שייח' סיאח א-טורי, שייח' הכפר אל-עראקיב. עשרות פעילים ופעילות הצטרפו לביקור וזכו לאירוח באוהל על ידי תושבי אל-עראקיב. המבקרים פגשו את השייח' שהשתחרר לאחר תשעה ימי מעצר ביום חמישי האחרון, בעקבות ערעור שהוגש לבית המשפט המחוזי בבאר-שבע. על אף שחרורו הזמני של השייח', האוהל יישאר במקומו עד הדיון הבא בבית המשפט המחוזי בבאר-שבע שיתקיים בשבוע הבא.

Day of Rage against Prawer Plan

While the discussion of the Prawer Plan bill continues at the Knesset Internal Affairs Committee, which prepares the bill for the second and third round of voting, the protest against Prawer Plan intensifies, in Israel and worldwide. November 30 was declared as a day of rage against the plan, and demonstrations took place all around the world. In Israel, demonstrations were held in Hura, Jerusalem, Haifa and Taibe.

Hura Demonstration Escalates, 28 Protesters Arrested

The main demonstration, outside of the Bedouin town of Hura in the Negev, started at 3:30 pm, and ended only around 11 pm at night. It was a peaceful demonstration with approximately 1000 participants, who chanted and held signs against the plan. Yet, after about an hour, when police decided to reinforce the already huge forces in the scene, including water cannons that were placed in front of the protesters, the demonstration heated up. Protesters that were standing at the front of the demonstration said that it was the Mista’arvim, policemen disguised as Arab protesters, who caused the escalation and started throwing stones at the police. From that point, the demonstration turned into a battle field. Police horsemen stormed into the crowd while protesters were running away into the field, stun grenades and tear gas were thrown into the crowd, and rubber coated metal bullets were shot by the police. A police helicopter flew overhead and two water cannons, one with blue dye, sprayed the crowd. Protesters responded by throwing stones at the police and lighting tires on the road. During that time, 28 protesters were arrested and were taken to the nearby police station. While a couple of the detainees were released on bail during the night and five more were released on Sunday morning, approximately 20 are still detained and will be brought to court today, for an extension of their arrest.

Solidarity Visit to the Freedom Tent in Rahat

On Wednesday, November 20, the village of Al-Arakib was demolished for the 57th time. Wednesday afternoon, police came back to the village and arrested the Sheikh of the village, Sheikh Sayyah A-Turi, under the accusation of trespassing and violation of legal order. When the Sheikh was brought to court on Thursday and again on Sunday, the judge ruled that he will be released on bail, and will not be permitted to enter his own village. Sheikh Sayyah A-Turi refused to accept these release terms and was sent back to detention. Even after a reduction of the demanded bail, the Sheikh still refused to be released if he is not allowed to enter his own village. Yesterday (Thursday), Sheikh Sayyah A-Turi appealed to the district court and the judge decided to release him with no written terms until the next hearing that was scheduled for the coming week.  

On Saturday, November 30, just before the demonstration outside Hura, a solidarity visit took place at the freedom tent that was established in front of the Rahat Police Station, against the arrest of Sheikh Sayyah A-Turi, the Sheikh of the village of Al-Arakib. Tens of activists attended the visit, and were hosted in the tent by the residents of Al-Arakib. The visitors met the Sheikh who was released on Thursday, November 28, after an appeal to the District Court of Be’er-Sheva. The Tent will remain in place until the next hearing at the Be’er-Sheva District Court that was scheduled for this week.
