Duke with rest services and a single record to be matched

I would like to use Duke if possible in this scenario and so far I haven't been able to figure it out. I have a database with people. Configuring the jdbc datasource, I get. Now a call is made to a rest service with some parameters like first and last name for a single person and I need to return a list of possible matches to that person. So it's not a CSV file or any sort of pre-existing datasource. How do I get Duke to look into the jdbc datasource for possible matches?
