Tried to find out more about the home brew bill.  Finally found this link.  Check it out.  Sounds like it may have passed, but do not see that it allows for the use at a fundraiser, other than as a refreshment on the side?   Not sure if we could take beer to a brew fest like Great Lakes or not.
