The new law will go into effect within 90 days after being published by the Wisconsin Secretary of State. Thank you to everyone who participated in this effort, particularly the members of the Wisconsin Homebrewers Alliance. Without all of the contacts from Wisconsin residents like you, this bill would not have been passed.
