Übungsleiter-/in (youth trainer)

 

Hi, we have a vacancy for a youth trainer übungsleiter/in. Pay is 15-35 Euros per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Maximum payment is 2400 Euros per year. This is tax free.

 

The role is primarily intended to recruit members for our youth section. This involves running taster rugby sessions as part of the schools regular sports lessons in the oberkassel/niederkassel/lörick area, or sometimes during the afternoon (alltagsschule). Also, to lead recruitment events e.g. at schools sports festivals, with a demonstration stand. The first schools have been contacted and ideally the role should start before the summer holidays.

 

You must:

·         have some rugby experience and reasonable basic rugby skills

·         Be able to communicate well in German

·         Be able to enthuse children for Rugby and recruit them to join our youth teams

 

It is an advantage if you have the following, but is not required:

·         previous experience of youth rugby training or in schools

·         recognized training qualifications (DOSB or IRB)

 

It would also be helpful if you already have your Führungszeugnis, which will be required before you can begin.

 

The positions is initially open to members of the Tus 1895 Düsseldorf (Düsseldorf Dragons), but external candidates may be considered if they already have liability insurance and are well qualified.
