Issue 50: support timer based reporting
http://code.google.com/p/duedates-gold/issues/detail?id=50

New issue report by scheller.sanchez:
The system should now support a -wakeup parameter that takes a double
representing the number of days between checks.

-wakeup <interval>

If the parameter is 0, that should be interpreted as running the system
once. If the -wakeup parameter is greater than 0, then the system should
run indefinitely until the user terminates execution with control-c.
