We have Fresh Hawaiian Ahi Tuna being flown in today, the finest type. This fish is best suited to be eaten RARE to Medium-Rare, or if you prefer, Sushi Style! We have an abundance of Wild Game on the Menu this week, Elk, Venison, Bison, Quail, Duck and more. The Prime Beef, and Oysters, Shrimp, Crab, and so much more, you really deserve a night out and we can provide the perfect venue. We are fully booked Friday Night with a Christmas Party, so that leaves tonight and Saturday for your dining pleasure. We have heard through our sources that Chef Jim will be preparing Lobster Bisque today, and we heard he prepared New England Clam Chowder yesterday, the cooking fool is in the kitchen again!
