Hello-Hopefully not Goodbye

I wish to take the time to thank you all for dining at Dudley's Bistro over the years, we appreciate it. This weekend was a wonderful surprise, full seats, happy people, and just fun to cook again. We love our suppliers, Dave and Dee's and all their great sources, Sam Rust and Bill Forrest Seafood, and the many others. We are in a very turbulent time for our restaurant, the Winter was long and harder than usual, and we are having some issues with our lease that we hope to resolve soon. We hope the future is bright for us and you, and we will continue to carry on this week with business as usual, we will keep you posted on things, and ask you keep us in your thoughts this week. We offer a great product, one that is flavorful, fresh and unique, in an industry that has gone so far mainstream in taste, we stand out as an original. Our staff is dedicated to what we do, and they all take great pride in it. If possible, please come out this week, we need the support, you need a great meal, and to say hello is always fun for us, and hopefully for you.
