It's hard to believe but the season for Wild Game is nearly over. We still have Elk, Venison, Quail, and Wild Boar, but only for a few mere days. The Spring Season is rapidly approaching, and we anticipate some great seafood, beef and other surprises from a new burger menu.
I've re-visited the 80's lately...Baked Stuffed Shrimp, stuffed with Lobster, Crab, Shrimp and Scallops...you can have them alone or served up with a Prime NY Strip Steak for one fantastic Surf and Turf Dinner, the Oysters are large and plump, and the Kobe Ribeye is 28 Ounces of fabulous beef.
I've prepared a Mushroom Bisque topped with Black Truffle Oil to take the late winter chill from your bones.
