I just wanted to send you all a quick note to let you know we just received some wonderful Hawaiian Ahi Tuna and Opah. This fish was flown in overnight, and is fresh out of the waters of Hawaii. I must say it is beautiful fish, I just prepped it. I made a Tuna Tartare and cut some great steaks. The Opah is beautiful, and will be served with a freshly prepared peach, pineapple and pepper relish with just enough kick. I hope you can make it over.
