I hope all is well with you, we are having the wettest summer I can ever recall, and it is terrible for the patio business, and we've lost business due to power outages, not fun. We send this note in hopes you will come out and support a small business (us), and enjoy a fine meal. The selections are as good as ever, and the local produce, meats and seafood is outstanding! I've set up a Chef's Table Dinner with wine, cocktails and 4 courses for next Monday Night, $69 per person, and Chef Jim is doing all the cooking, it is a pre-pay event, and I hope you will consider booking a reservation today, I will only be seating 12 people. Some of the highest producing chain restaurant locations in the Country are located in Williamsburg. It is hard to believe that frozen or pre-made foods outsell fresh and local ingredients in the large numbers that they do. We hope you, the fans of Dudley's Bistro, will turn out and support not only us, but locally owned and operated farms, our small coffee house that roasts our coffee beans, and the many other small businesses that we support through purchasing their products and services.
