Tuesday Night Burgers, Fresh Crab, Fried Green Tomatoes

Tuesday Night is Burger Night at Dudley's Bistro.....we offer several wonderful burger selections from which to choose from, all made from our Special Blend of 75/25 Mix, a mix that includes beef brisket for added flavor. We top them off with Freshly Baked Buttered Brioche Burger Buns, baked in Charlottesville for that local flavor we are known for. It looks like the Tuesday Night Patio going to the dogs will be delayed a week, the weather is going to be colder than what we need to open the patio, stay tuned for next week.

We have Fresh Local Blue Crab from Bill Forrest Seafood, the best crab in Hampton Roads in my humble opinion. We are putting into good use this week.

2. Fried Green Tomatoes topped with Fresh Corn, Corn Infused Cream and Fresh Lump Crab

Now that's a lot of items with crab, there may even be some fresh Goats Milk Ricotta Gnudi with Asparagus and Crab Sauce......house made of course.
