Hello Everyone,

Its Chef Jim from Dudley's, and it's been a long time. The last we spoke we were closing our restaurant, we miss it, we miss you, and we miss the foods. We have embarked on a new adventure, the wonderful world of Food Trucks and Catering. Our new truck is called FoodaTude...Food with Attitude. We've been open since Mid-July, and the response has been good. We are building new relationships, and maintaining old ones too, a great thing. We just wanted to drop you line to let you know our new website is up and operational, and Twitter and Instagram will soon follow. Our website, www.foodatude.biz has our schedule of appearances through December, so check it out. You can follow us on Facebook as well.

We offer full catering services, and if you want to have a variety of foods we can provide them. The truck has a kitchen larger than the Bistro's, and much more equipment. We have a Char-Grille, Flat-Top Stove, 4 Burner Stove and a Full Sized Oven, 2 Full-Sized Fryers, Steam Table and much more. We can do the simple foods everyone craves for tailgate parties, BBQ's, or Wild Game and Prime Beef or Seafood, you decide.
