devbox code update

I'm deploying my latest changes to devbox as I write this, it would be
ace if you could have a look and possibly catch some evil bugs :)

Changes compared to production code:
- fixes on copy/paste in flashcard deck (menu not showing, issues with
flickr)
- local picture upload
- fix 183: screen scrolling around in picture search
- fix 186: update index when deleting a page
- fix 187: errors when saving flickr pictures
- code updates for python 3 (nothing visible for users)
- auto expanding text inputs in flashcard decks
- list all target languages actually used at special/list_target_languages
- fix search issue with spaces and underscores
- flashcard deck columns can be deleted
- fix 173: recorded audio not uploaded immediately, but upon saving
- use jPlayer in flashcard deck editor instead of html player (no more
0:00 duration!)
- fix 193: duplicate tag+destination language selection (partial)
- fix 203: make tables usable in editor
- upgraded Aloha to latest version (which fixes a few aloha issues)
- fix 197: http:// prefix in link editor for text pages (see ticket for
details, this is only partly fixed at the moment, hence not in master)

I'm getting errors when trying to view one of the existing lessons or
create a new one. Specifically these URLs:

yes I did. Can't remember details, but it involved ssh session timeout
errors, which prevented fab from completing the deployment process.
Let's quickly test the code on devbox, and if nothing major occurs,
let's merge it into master, and deploy.

There's a bug in aloha that affects the last 3 patches (not in master
yet) (see https://code.ductus.us/ticket/197 for details), we can choose
to hold them for now, if you prefer.

At any rate, I think master should go live now.
