In 2e3bc71c9 I added support for ipv6 author IP addresses in the
WikiRevision logs. Previously, the IP address field had a max_length of
15, but now it should have a max_length of 39 [1]. I will fix this on
the main server, but you may need to update your database schema, or you
will get an error if somebody edits anonymously over ipv6.
