Hi Junjie: Glad to see ducttape is still in active use.

I don't see any obvious bugs in the tape file, so this is almost certainly a ducttape bug.

I'm a bit swamped right now. Copying ducttape-users + Lane Schwartz (who has been doing active development on ducttape recently).

Hi Jonathan,

I am Junjie from LTI at CMU.  Graham and I are now building a pipeline on cdec using ducttape for the LORELEI project in LTI.  We come across a problem with ducttape and we appreciate your help to solve it.

The error is related to the task extract_gra in line 179-197 of the attached cdec_lam_low.tape. I run the following command. 

ducttape cdec_lam_low.tape -C cmn_eng.conf

The message shows that "Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: Task not found: extract_gra/Baseline.baseline/1".  I attach a screenshot in this email. Based on your code in github, it is an exception in line 139 of this file, ducttape/src/main/scala/ducttape/versioner/WorkflowVersionStore.scala.  Do you know how to solve it? 

We are do an intense evaluation now. So I hope to get your helpful suggestions to fix it. Thank you very much.
