Importing pangenome

Hello! 

I am having an issue with pangenome construction where the process simply freezes. There is no error message, however the program gets stuck while performing the blast BBHs and remains that way indefinitely (I have tried to leave it running for 24 hours with no progress, it does start the process however it stalls at random points). 

I'm not sure there's a lot you can do to troubleshoot that from your end, so I was hoping to import my own pangenome from another program. However, the link for the example pangenome format appears to no longer be active. If you could share what the format would look like I would greatly appreciate it!
