I want to know the thresholds used by the DuctApe Blast BBH program to construct the Pangenome. Thanks

Hi,

could you be more specific please? If you run "dgenome start -h" you'll see a few parameters and their defaults (I'm reporting the relevant ones below):

-m MATRIX BLAST matrix for pangenome [Default: BLOSUM80]
-e EVALUE BLAST E-value threshold for pangenome [Default: 1e-10]
