Dear DuctApe users,
we are glad to inform you that version 0.17.8 has just been released and can be downloaded on the project website or installed through pip.
This version restores the critical KEGG data download step, which was broken since October 2016 due to the retirement of the RPair database. The information stored in the now gone database is retrieved from the reactions database, which as far as we can tell is of the same quality and content. Please let us know of any unexpected result when running the "dape start" command.
