Incorporation of GenIII plate results

Hi,

I have available "growth" curves for GenIII plate.

I see that DuctApe does not recognize this type of plate, but is there a possibility to incorporate result from that kind of plate, as random replicates to test reproducibility?

Hi Tomasz,

thanks for your interest in DuctApe. If you are only interested in checking the reproducibility of your GenIII plates measurements, you ccould use DuctApe and the "dphenome import-plates" command, and then load your data. Alternatively, you could use the Bio.phenotype module in biopython. I wrote a small tutorial, which I believe might give you pointers for what you are interested in. You can find it here:
