KEGG API error

Hi,

I am new to DuctApe. I followed the protocol manual on the website and successfully installed DuctApe 0.17.12. When I was trying to run the test.sh, an error pops up, saying that:

16:25:29 - show_pathway failed!

16:25:31 - show_pathway failed!

16:25:32 - show_pathway failed!

16:25:33 - show_pathway failed!

16:25:34 - show_pathway failed!

16:25:35 - show_pathway failed!

16:25:36 - show_pathway failed!

16:25:37 - show_pathway failed!

16:25:38 - show_pathway failed!

16:25:39 - show_pathway failed!

16:25:40 - show_pathway failed!

16:25:42 - show_pathway failed!

16:25:43 - show_pathway failed!

16:25:45 - show_pathway failed!

16:25:45 - KEGG API error, aborting

16:25:45 - Failure! KEGG API error

16:25:45 - Could not fetch data from KEGG

16:25:45 - Genome(s) could not be mapped to kegg!

dgenome start

Test failed!

############

I have attached the log for details, please let me know if you have any solutions.

Hi,

sorry to hear you encountered all these problems: I see you have the following debug message after each error message;

<urlopen error [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:727)>

I'm not sure what triggers it; would you mind sending me (to galact...@gmail.com) your input data? I can try to reproduce the error and see what it is about.
