DuctApe version 0.17.10 released

Dear DuctApe users,

we are glad to inform you that version 0.17.10 has just been released and can be downloaded on the project website or 
installed through pip.

This version resolves a few bugs which might affect users with the latest version of numpy and matplotlib installed.

UPGRADE URGENCY: LOW, HIGH if you use the latest version of matplotlib (2.1.0) BUGFIXES: * kegg: avoid a crash when running a mutant analysis * dphenome plot: avoid crashes due to changes in behaviour of numpy/matplotlib
