Hi everyone,
After updating DuctApe whenever I use PIP I get syntax error.
I probably did it myself, and it is mostly a problem with pip not DuctApe, but maybe you can tell me: Which python version with which pip should work the best? With this problem dape module doesn't work. Surprisingly dgenome and dphenome work partially. I already managed to remove the terminal from my system with a python update so I would be very grateful for help, for I am quite a casual Linux user.
Kind regards,
Tomas

Hello everyone,
Problem solved. I still probably have the wrong pip for python2.7 and 3.5 but now I have python3.7.9 in venv with pip20.1.1 and it works.
Kind regards,
Tomas
