Kegg data download errors

Hi dear DuctApe users,

a quick announcement to report that as of October 1 one of the KEGG databases queried by DuctApe has been discontinued (announcement here: http://www.kegg.jp/kegg/docs/announce.html). As a result, some of the DuctApe commands will fail on the data download step. A fix is possible but will likely take a few days to implement/test.

Sorry for the disruption, will try to amend this ASAP.

I'm still trying to figure out the best course of action, as a key information I was using regarding KEGG reactions was stored in the now discontinued database.

I'll maybe be able to have a look tomorrow.

I just pushed a new version of DuctApe that should hopefully solve the issue. Let me know if it works for you or if you have any additional question.
