Hello,

I have analyzed my data with the OPM package and fit some curves (via "do_aggr" therein).  I exported the fitted data via

write( to_yaml(myData) , "agg.yml" )

as in the OPM tutorial/manual.

Now, when I try to import this into DuctApe via the line

dphenome  add-multi  agg.yml

the following error is thrown:

YAML/OPM parsing failed!
No biolog data was found!
No phenotypic data available!

Please note that, indeed, the orgID is located within the "Strain Name" field in the OPM metadata.

Thank you.

Hi,

thanks for your interest in DuctApe: I'm sorry to hear that you
encountered that problem.
If you wouldn't mind sending me the offending file I can try to
reproduce (and fix) the problem. I would of course keep the data
confidential.

Best,
Marco

Hi Marco,

Has this problem been resolved? This has happened to me as well. I'm wondering what may be wrong with my phenomic .csv file.

thanks,
Kassi

Hi Kassi,

unfortunately i couldn't look into the original bug report for lack of examples that would make the process fail; if you could (privately?) send me your problematic file I could have a quick look into it.

Thanks,
 Marco
