CSV parsing failed!

Hi Marco,

I got an error when trying to import biolog csv file.

CSV parsing failed! More than one organism ID may be present in this phenomic data file!

I just installed the newest version of Ductape software (0.17.13) on an newly installed Ubuntu 18.04.

I know "YAML/OPM parsing failed!" is normal and expected to happen.

In terms of CSV parsing fault, any suggestion what could be the reason?
