dphenome - calculating parameters

Hello ,

I hope this email finds you well 

I have different isolates and four condition Biolog data they were separated into single csv file and add to the dphenome . I want to compare phenotype by creating heat maps for each condition as a start . 

I am running dphenome which worked partially to the point when in start calculating parameter. It was shutdown and a runtime error occurs (Cant register atexit after shutdown 

,) at first I thought it was python bug bc I am using 3.9 but I tried to use 3.8 ,3.7 and 2.9 

Can you please help with this ?

Hi,

Can you please share how you made ductape through python 3.7 and/or 2.9

There is a new error which is version based, but I am unable to even get ductApe to use any older versions of python.
