Use the site, just like every week from now on:

We trained for today by playing in the sprinkler, you can do it.

Are you open to product enhancement requests? :-)

Using the site adds more steps to the RSVP process (vs replying to an email) which may deter your customers from adopting it.

That being said, +1 :-)

False.

Site:
1. Click link
2. Click "Add me" button

Email
1. Click "Reply All"
2. Type message (Should I make a step for each letter?)
3. Click send

Email also includes:
 - Someone else taking the additional steps of sending a reminder email.
 - If you want to know if the game is on, you have to count all the replies that were +1, while the site has running total.
 - Cluttering up inboxes with emails (even when you're not playing).

You're in management aren't you?

Plus it'll be even easier when the iPhone app is released.
All you have to do is ask Siri to add you to the game and remind you when it's time to play.

Right now, it's

1. click link
2. Type 10-20 keystrokes for user/pwd
3. If fat-finger then
   a. re-do
   b. give up

Yes, I am a product manager now and as a PM, my advise is to understand the pains and needs of your users before developing the product. If you want to go there, I can list many Case studies with products/companies who spent millions in development in a silo thinking they knew what customers wanted to find out they missed the mark. They had to start over or go under.

But I digress. :-)

Those companies should have developed an MVP for validated learning by testing it with some or all of their customer base before they spent their millions.

This website looks like a great MVP that someone worked very hard on.
