Can't capture scrolling window widely

I got some wide screen in IE to capture, it seems can't work, it will
only move the scrol bar at the right of the browser but not the bottom
one.

How wide it is/was.

I have tried on some over 3000 pixels wide and got OK

You can just repeat my issue by press down Ctrl and scrol up mouse to enlarge the browser size until there is a bottom scrol bar. I can not capture it :(
