I thought I'd peruse the EULA, only because I've not heard of this
project or software and I wanted to make sure it was legit.

I've been looking for a decent free screen capture application that
can handle dual monitors. MWSnap was great, but has long since died
and Snag It is the most popular and has some very good controls. I
recently learned of DuckCapture and I'm hoping it can replace MWSnap.

In an case, back to the EULA. While perusing section 2B, I noticed
that it mentions this software is not Free, but has a 30 day try
before you buy provision. I could not find the cost of the software
on the site or anywhere to purchase the software if I do decide I like
    it.

Perhaps this EULA was an oversight and needs to be updated to reflect
the "free" portion of this software? (I hope I'm not too pedantic.)
And I know, if this is truly free software, that the author is putting
out a labor of love to fill a need, for which I am truly grateful and
hope s/he is successful in their endeavors.

If it is truly free, libre, without the need to purchase a license,
how do you generate revenue? I noticed the link in the application,
"Tell a Friend and help keep this tool Free!"

Serves me right for searching this forum on just the EULA keyword. I
found a topic discussing the License agreement and whether or not it
was free for corporate use. It stated that, yes, it is free for
corporate use. However, the text of the EULA would likely prevent me
from using it in my corporate environment.

Again, thank you, and I look forward to utilizing the application if I
can get the second part of my inquiry answered above.
