Dubsar 1.3.1 for iOS now available in the App Store

This build fixes a bug that only occurred on iOS 7. When a user tapped a notification in the notification center, they would be taken immediately to the app, but it would be ten seconds before the relevant word would be displayed. A couple of minor view-related bugs were also fixed on the iPad.
