On March 12, 2013 at 1:00 pm at the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 107 North Nevada, the City Council will be voting on whether to forfeit the development plan for Dublin Terrace.
In forfeiting the plan, the likely scenario is that the "too-talls" will remain as is without completion or removal for some time and the remaining lots will not be able to be constructed until such time as the "too-talls" are addressed.
This is going to directly impact Dublin Terrace both financially as an association and the owners possibly in property values. The Board has been working with the receiver and the City Council to try and get this stopped and a compromise reached to no avail.
The Board at this time, needs the members support and turn out at the City Council Meeting to voice your concerns over the forfeiture of the development plan.
Elizabeth Wooley, Acting Board President, has indicated that she is attending and could comfortably take 4 to 6 others with her. If you would like to ride with her, please let her know or contact management and we will get you her information.
