Any ideas on who has a metal working lathe that can turn out some
peices for me

I have the plans and I dont want to buy a modelers lathe to turn out
a few peices to make one unit

I prefer to find another modeler with a metal lathe and do a cash deal
to get parts made

Any pointers apreciated

dont know anybody off hand ,Maybe gary Hooper might be able to help you ?

or get in touch with the scale modlers through MACI some of those lads have good contacts.

Hi guys,

Sorry, but I can't help in this instance - I don't have a lathe (much as I might like to!).

Trying to think about it, but I don't even know anyone who has one either. My dad used to, but he sold it a few years ago. I would suggest contacting the scale model association, I'm sure you wouldn't have to look too far there to find someone with a lathe - they have many ardent builders!
