Runways Duathlon - New for 2010

We're developing the Duathlon Series at both at the top end and for beginners.

More competition at the top end

Barry Minnock who posted a 2:24 marathon last year has signed up for the May Duathlon and we're hoping to have the current women's Welsh Duathlon Champion over for the June race.  Last year the National Series Champions Bryan McCrystal and Elana Maslova found it difficult to win on this course.  With more international competition this year, a Runways Duathlon victory, will be even more difficult to get.  Detail will follow on www.dublintri.com

Beginners Friendly

We've teamed up with Tri-Planet who are providing boot-camp style training in the weeks leading up to the June Duathlon.

Phoenix Park Bike Hire are also doing a special offer for anybody looking to hire a bike for the Duathlon.  Paul, who runs Phoenix Park Bike hire is a former RAS winner, so you could do a lot worse than ask him for racing advise.  More detail will follow on www.dublintri.com

Dublin Triathlon Series: Kilcock, Skerries & Blessington

Entries are now open for the Dublin Triathlon Series.  There's both a sprint and super sprint option in Kilcock, while Skerries has both an Olympic and Sprint options.  Enter more than one triathlon and get a 10% discount on the 2nd and 3rd events.

Tri-Planet
