HellFire Adventure Duathlon Series

After the sucess of the HellFire Adventure Duathlon last year, we've extended it to a series of three races, using the three woods on the epic cycle loop; Cruagh Woods, Massy’s Woods and Hellfire Woods. The run courses get progressively tougher from the Cruagh trail run in May to the HellFire mountain run in July.

Cruagh – 17th May. Starting with a 4km trail run loop, then two loops of the cycle course and finishing with a 2km trail run.

Massy’s – 14th June. Two laps of the 1.5km nature trail loop, then two loops of the cycle course and finishing with another two loops of the nature trail run.

HellFire – 19th July. Same iconic course as 2010. 3km HellFire summit run, then two loops of the cycle course and finishing with another HellFire summit run.

There’s 120 early bird entries available now. 20 x 3 adventures at €60, 20 x 2 adventures at €40 and 20 x 1 adventure at €20.
