Training Schedule
Meet 7pm - Phoenix Park (opp. entrance to Papal Cross Car Park)
Cycle Section
- 7-7:15 Introduction, tips on safety and group riding techniques
- 7:15-8:00
- Lap 1 - Course familiarisation & Group Riding in pairs (groups of 10-15)
- Lap 2-3 Intervals - Starting from Bottom of Kyber and finishing before the descent of Kyber (no racing down Kyber) - Groups to re-group at bottom of Kyber.
Run
- 1 Lap of Run course - Athletes can leave their bikes on the ground (member of Tri-planet team will look after them)
- Cool down & Stretching
