30th Duathlon next week 2nd of June

Next week will be the 30th Duathlon we've staged in the Phoenix Park, so we're aiming to have some of the original competitors from the first race back in 2003 on the start line.

HellFire - 11th August

An Adventure Duathlon for those looking to dip their toe into adventure racing or as a warm up to Gaelforce West.  Starting with 3km mountain run up over the HellFire summit.  Then 2 laps of a 8km road cycle loop up past the Kilakee viewpoint (410m climbing total).  Finishing with another run over the HellFire summit.  More details are on www.wicklowadventurerace.com
