Runways Duathlon - training and entry update

[2010 Duathlon]

Quick update on tomorrow's training night and online entry closing.

Training on the Duathlon Course - Wednesday 28th April

6:45pm Meet in the papal cross car park.

7:00pm Cycle on the 4km cycle course (3 laps, the first easy and two a little faster).

7:40pm Transition and run on the 2.7km run course.

Note: there's no charge for the training session

Online entry for the Runways May Duathlon closes this weekend.

There will be entries on the night, but it's cheaper online.  The online cost is as little as €15 (+€8 insurance for non-TI members), whereas on the night it will be €20 (+€10 insurance for non-TI members).
