Rules of entry into the UAE for citizens of the Russian Federation

Citizens of the Russian Federation planning tourist trips to the United Arab Emirates do not need to apply for visas in advance. The visa is issued on arrival and is valid for 90 days from the date of entry. This type of visa cannot be extended.

To enter the UAE, you must have a separate passport, valid for at least 6 months from the date of the start of the tour.  The entry of children inscribed in the parents' passports is not allowed.

Citizens from 18 to 21 years old do not need to have additional documents with them to go through passport control in the UAE.

If children arrive with their parents or with one of the parents and have different surnames, then when passing the border control in the UAE, you must have with you the original of the child's birth certificate in Russian and the translation of the birth certificate into English, the translation does not require a notary assurances.

In the event that children arrive without parents accompanied by third parties, when passing the border control in the UAE, you must have with you the original birth certificate and consent to leave from both parents, with a notarized translation into English.

Rules of entry into the UAE for foreign citizens

A visa upon arrival in the UAE is allowed for citizens of the following countries:

Visa on arrival, stay up to 30 days:

Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Australia, Andorra, Brunei, Vatican City, UK (with the right to reside in the UK), Hong Kong, Ireland, Canada, China, Malaysia, Monaco, New Zealand, Singapore, USA, Japan;

Visa on arrival, stay up to 90 days:

Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Austria, Argentina, Bahamas, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Holland, Greece, Denmark, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein , Luxembourg, Malta, Nauru, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia, South Korea.

Attention! In case of non-return of the tourist within the period established by his tour package and lack of information about his location in the UAE, the Immigration Service imposes fines in the amount of $ 2200 + $ 28 for each day of delay in visa.

Responsibility for the payment of this amount is imposed on the company that sent the tourist. To prevent such cases, the UAE Immigration Service reserves the right to demand guarantees for the return of tourists in doubt for the purpose of their trip by depositing the specified amount on the host's deposit. In case of refusal of such assistance, the UAE Immigration Service and the host party reserve the right to refuse to accept tourist data.
