CITY OF ARABIA

This is an open message to all City of Arabia Investors.

I am one of a growing number of investors who are seriously concerned
about the City of Arabia (“COA”) development undertaken by the Ilyas
and Mustafa Galadari Group (“IMGG”).

For many, many months, we have been fed stories and what is tantamount
to “smoke and mirrors” by IMGG about the problems and delays
associated with this project, and their serial revisions to the
completion dates to each of the principle projects within COA,
namely:

Wadi Walk, Wadi Tower, Metro Tower, and I&M Tower (as well as Mall of
Arabia).

Currently, there is no work whatsoever being undertaken on any of the
projects, added to which, the Project Manager, Hill International
Limited, quit sometime ago, as have the Lead Consultant, P&T
Architects, who have recently terminated their contract.

Therefore, if you have a contract with IMGG and you want to chat about
