Arabian tower was just auctioned I don’t have a case number only Execution file which I won’t share as that’s confidential 

Received that in July 2025 

Then Al Aheed deal with the rest still can take 3/4 months to actually get payment 

The only way to find out is to visit the court office they have all the information on cancelled projects 

They can advise you better

( Iused the translate option in text to work out what was being mentioned from the dubai courts on updates on hearings .I didn’t really respond further and then received info that judgement has been awarded in my favour however only roughly 15% of the unvested amount was awarded . The actual execution of the award comes later when I got a message to contact Al Adeed . This a service provider that process your application for disbursement of your funds A small processing fee is paid and you bank account details are required and Iwas asked for my Passport and UAE ID . Further few months later , I received my funds , that I really had given up on. So if the law firm managed to contact , you it means you are in the system somewhere. Hi Vincent, I can't help you with your questions, but I have set up a AED foreign currency account with may Australian bank, so when the time comes they can send the money directly to my account in AED, then I don't get them giving me bad exchange rate. Cheers Nigel
