As Royal estate has started giving refunds to investors.

Just check first if your project is in the list of cancelled projects ??

Real Estate Cancelled Projects Committees.

Go above link and check whether your project is listed as cancelled project or wait and keep looking till listed then apply online or visit Dubai Court and submit your documents, you will get refund.

I am one of the investors who bought  one Regal Row townhouse back in Dec 2007. We met Siddiq last week and he refused to give any refund but offered credit note which they are at about 50% value or downgrade to a one bed room apt at current market price not Off plan price !! who knows when will be the hand over date. Given that we have been waiting for more than 6 years already !!
