Hello Everyone,
I've been gone from Dubai for the past 10 years,
Myself and several other investors had bought off-plan projects in Ajman through Chapal World - who had also fled the country with most of the money;
We have NO "execution case number" for our contracts. At least as far as I can recall.
Though we did approach Ajman Courts, ARRA and even Ajman Bank in 2015, where some of the money was still held - but none resulted in any success.
Where or how do we get the execution case number?
Which courts do we need to approach, if our investment was in an Ajman project, but the contract with Chapal was executed in their Dubai offices.
Any guidance or tips would be highly appreciated..
