Skills:
Candidate must be an L3 resource in xMatters SAS solution administration and should have excellent understanding of xMatters Platform and the various integrations that come with xMatters platform.

Working experience in xMatters or Alarmpoint platforms is a must.
Individual should understand and have working knowledge on concepts like SLA, OLA, KPI, RCA, Change etc.
